Day four: June 13

We did it!!! The climb was well worth the slow pace, the long haul, and all that other stuff . It was the most amazing moment to reach the top and know all that you work for .was worth it and more. The feeling you get after climbing almost 6000 feet and being able to fly down the mountain with the Cascades all around was so freeing, so fulfilling. We continued on or way at a much more civil pace feeling great about the day. our next stop was a park for whistler to play, lunch, and the Winthrop KOA.

  1. Thought about you all day! Took a early morning spin class so I could be riding with all of you! Laughed at your previous statement about looking like a homeless family with their child...Made me laugh and the nice family helping you and giving blueberries- the simplest of things are always the best! Rodger and I sure keep thinking about you three and Wow, what lifetime memories you three will have...6000 feet climbing- Love this.....miss you always, Love Mom and Rodger
